Etsy Workshop 2016

Back in 2016, not long after we had fully launched Hello Marilu, we were approached by the wonderful Etsy team to host a bauble decorating workshop for their Press Christmas dinner.

At the time we hadn't yet started teaching workshops, but it was a challenge we were more than happy to undertake considering what a wonderful opportunity it was to work with the Etsy team.

We designed a workshop based around our newly launched hand lettered ceramic Christmas bauble, teaching the basic brush lettering techniques to personalise the bauble, and decorate it with a hand painted Christmas wreath.

We were overwhelmed with the location of Etsy's beautiful event which took place at The Violin Factory just off the South Bank, and was styled by the team at Knot & Pop.

Teaching this workshop was a great opportunity for us and was the inspiration to making workshops an integral part of our business.
